Mr. Mbarga serves as the Head of the Municipal Police of the Yaoundé I Council. In this strategic position, he oversees the implementation of municipal policing duties and ensures compliance with local regulations and administrative measures established by the municipal authority.

Under his supervision, the Municipal Police contributes to maintaining public order, protecting people and property, safeguarding municipal assets, and promoting public safety, cleanliness, and community well-being. The department also supports the enforcement of municipal regulations, the supervision of public events, community awareness initiatives, and the prevention of urban disorder.
